Terms of Service

The rules for using the TabDesk desktop app and the Pro subscription. Plain language, no surprises.

Last updated: 2026-04-26

1. About the service

TabDesk is a desktop application for macOS and Windows that mirrors Android devices over USB or Wi-Fi (ADB), with multi-instance and multi-user Android support. The app is published by Florian M. EI (sole proprietorship, France), hereafter "the publisher".

2. Free version and Pro subscription

TabDesk is available for free with the following features: multi-instance on a single connected device, multi-user Android detection, the tabbed interface and the full set of performance presets.

The Pro subscription (€2.99/month or €29.99/year) unlocks unlimited devices in parallel and customizable keyboard shortcuts with long-press support. The subscription is recurring, with no commitment, and can be cancelled at any time from your LemonSqueezy customer portal.

3. Payment and billing

Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, acting as Merchant of Record. LemonSqueezy handles billing, taxes (VAT included where applicable) and refunds. By subscribing, you also accept LemonSqueezy's own terms and privacy policy.

Each Pro license is bound to a single machine. If you change computers, you can deactivate the license from inside the app and reactivate it on the new machine.

4. Refunds

In line with LemonSqueezy's policy, you may request a refund within 14 days of payment. After that window, refunds are not granted. Refund requests should be sent to hello@tabdesk.app.

5. Software license

TabDesk is proprietary software. The publisher grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app in accordance with these terms. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse engineer or repackage TabDesk.

TabDesk bundles scrcpy (Apache License 2.0) and adb (Android Open Source Project, Apache License 2.0). Their respective licenses apply to those components.

6. Disclaimers

  • TabDesk is not affiliated with Genymobile, Google, or any phone manufacturer.
  • TabDesk does not modify the apps you mirror, does not inject code into them, and does not provide any bot or automation.
  • Using keyboard mapping or other input forwarding may violate the terms of service of certain third-party apps (notably mobile games with anti-cheat). You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of the apps you mirror.
  • TabDesk requires USB debugging to be enabled on your Android device. You are responsible for re-disabling it if your security policy requires it.

7. Limitation of liability

TabDesk is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The publisher cannot be held liable for any damage arising from the use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to data loss, device damage, or sanctions imposed by third-party app publishers.

8. Changes to these terms

The publisher reserves the right to update these terms. Users will be informed of changes via the tabdesk.app website and in the privacy policy's "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be resolved first by good-faith discussion at hello@tabdesk.app, and failing that, before the competent French courts.
